scrypt 1.3.1 released

Hi scrypt users,

I've just released scrypt 1.3.1. You can download the scrypt code at
  http://www.tarsnap.com/scrypt/scrypt-1.3.1.tgz
and the tarball has SHA256 hash
  df2f23197c9589963267f85f9c5307ecf2b35a98b83a551bf1b1fb7a4d06d4c2
which can also be found in the GPG-signed hash file at
  http://www.tarsnap.com/scrypt/scrypt-sigs-1.3.1.asc
. I've also tagged the source tree from which I rolled this release at
https://github.com/Tarsnap/scrypt/tree/1.3.1 .

Notable changes since 1.3.0:

* New options for providing a passphrase:
  * --passphrase dev:tty-stdin
  * --passphrase dev:stdin-once
  * --passphrase dev:tty-once
  * --passphrase env:VARNAME
  * --passphrase file:FILENAME

* New options for specifying explicit scrypt key derivation parameters to
be used for file encryption: --logN, -r, -p.

There is also some minor refactoring, style fixes, and portability fixes
for OpenBSD and Solaris.
