spiped 1.4.0 released

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1

Hi all,

I have just tagged the spiped-1.4.0 source tree and uploaded the release
tarball to the http://www.tarsnap.com/spiped.html . The SHA256 hash of
the release tarball is
  d8fa13a36905337bec97e507e0689f7bbc9e5426b88d588f3ddd3d6c290dcf5f

Along with the usual code cleanups and minor bug fixes, this release adds
two significant features:
* A new -g option causes spipe and spiped to drop connections if the other
host is using the -f (fast handshake, no forward secrecy) option.
* Support for the x86 "AESNI" feature is detected at compile time and run
time, and AESNI is used if available to improve cryptographic performance.

Thanks to Frederick Akalin and Sean Kelly for code contributions; Dmitry
Chestnykh, Peter Gijsels, and Ted Unangst for bug reports; and Dmitry
Chestnykh, James Turner, Max Afonov, Magnitudo Parvi, Sevan Janiyan and
Sean Kelly for help with testing.
