Hi all,

Tarsnap 1.0.29 is now available.  This new version adds two new utilities,
tarsnap-keyregen and tarsnap-recrypt, which make it possible to download,
decrypt, re-encrypt, and re-upload a complete set of archives.

The new release is available from the usual location:
