I'll add that to the website once I have binaries to distribute. :-)

I think scrypt belongs on the tarsnap website for two reasons:
1. Tarsnap is why I spent two months working on scrypt, so it's only fair that
people who want to use scrypt should be exposed to the tarsnap website (think
of it as sponsorship or something!); and
2. I think it's important to make as much technical documentation as possible
available to people -- as a security guy, I get really annoyed when I look at
a piece of software and I end up saying "gee, this *might* be secure, but they
haven't published any useful information so I have no way to know".
So I'm thinking that scrypt will probably end up falling under "Documentation" /
"Technical details".

*Twitch*. I need to get over my irrational dislike of wikis. Then again,
complex content parsing, spam, heavy server load... maybe it's not so irrational
after all. :-)
In all seriousness, I might put up a tarsnap wiki eventually, but I don't think
there are enough tarsnap users with content to submit to make it worthwhile yet.
