Yep.  You're running Linux, right?  There is some weirdness with locales there
which I haven't been able to straighten out yet.

It's just a warning -- the file was archived, but it's possible that when you
extract it the file name (or at least, the non-ASCII characters in the file
name) will come out mangled.
