My guess is, that:
/Users/curi/cs/misc/tetris/dist/curi's blocks/curi's
blocks.app/Contents/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.4/Frameworks/
Is a self-referencing link of sorts, which references either:
/Users/curi/cs/misc/tetris/dist/curi's blocks/curi's
blocks.app/Contents/Frameworks/
Or:
/System/Library/Frameworks/
Or it could just be a copy of a copy of a copy of a copy :)
I just tried to make an archive of a folder containing a symlink to
/System/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework which worked as
advertised.
So I think you need to have a look at the folder in question, and
check out the contents - I don't think Python.framework is supposed to
contain a Frameworks folder.
