As a suggestion I use Keepass to manage all my passwords and you can actually save files in it. So I have my tarsnap key file saved in the same entry as my tarsnap login info. Might help so you don't lose it.

This is OK by me.. at least better than nothing. Is there a way to delete old archives so they dont take up space.. ?
