Potential spiped 1.6.2 release -- please test

Hi spiped users,

I've just uploaded a tarball which may be (modulo version number update)
spiped 1.6.2. Please test this -- even if all you have time to do is check
that it compiles on your platform, that's better than nothing, but running
'make all test' and/or testing with live usage would be much better.

You can download the spiped code at
  https://www.tarsnap.com/spiped/spiped-1.6.1.99.tgz
and the tarball has SHA256 hash
  e6a515dad4bfc48bd273112e1eda5d76d30d8d8c5e31e5711f2b90efc5bd6a9e
. You can also see the tree from which I rolled this almost-release at
https://github.com/Tarsnap/spiped if you find it useful to crawl through
VCS history.

Significant changes since 1.6.1:
* spiped now prints a warning if it reaches the maximum allowed number
  of simultaneous connections.
* spiped now takes a --syslog flag to send warnings to the system log
  instead of to stderr.
* significantly improved performance on amd64 and ARM platforms, using
CPU intrinsics for optimized cryptographic primitives.
* build improvements, including fixes to cross-building.

Assuming nobody finds any problems (or the problems are things I can fix
quickly and easily) I'll roll the official spiped 1.6.2 release later this
month. As always, Tarsnap bug bounties apply to issues found in spiped.
