Tarsnap is back online

Tarsnap is back online after yesterday's outage. It took slightly longer
than I expected since I haven't needed to do a "full state recovery" since
2012 and I discovered partway through that the mechanism I put in place to
make it possible to move machines between accounts broke things. (Note to
self: I need to test this process more than once a decade!)

The outage was from approximately 2023-07-02 13:07:58 UTC until approximately 2023-07-02 15:23:58 UTC. All stored data is safe; if your tarsnap process
exited at 13:07:57 without errors then the archive it created is there.

I'll be writing up a more detailed post-mortem later, once I've satisfied
myself that everything is running smoothly and caught up on some sleep.

Tarsnap users will be receiving an account credit equal to 50% of a month's
storage costs.

As always, feel free to email me if you have any questions.
