You and lots of other people, it seems.  In the two days following the
announcement going out there was a 500% increase in new accounts.  (Sadly,
now the rate seems to have gone back to normal levels.)

Not yet.  The server bits need a fair bit of TLC -- they're very stable, but
occasionally I need to tweak things a bit to avoid performance problems --
and managing everything twice over would be difficult at the moment.

Once I get some more of the server-side performance bottlenecks sorted out,
though, there should be less need for regular tuning and setting up an EU
version of Tarsnap would be more feasible.  This is unlikely to happen sooner
than 2012, though.
