I get a lot of warnings from Tarsnap regarding UTF-8 path names, such as:
tarsnap: SOMEPATH: Can't translate pathname 'SOMEPATH' to UTF-8
However, if I run the convmv tool on the path, I'm told that it's already UTF-8.
Is this a tarsnap issue? Should I try to find a specific example of it?
