Yes, there was a ~3 hour outage.  It's fixed now.  I will be adding a credit
for 3 x daily storage cost to accounts.

I haven't tracked it down entirely but initial examination suggests that some
code I rolled out to the server yesterday which should have fixed a very small
memory leak instead resulted in a big memory leak... definitely looks like I
did something stupid. :-(
