Yep, that sounds about right if I'm remembering my time zones correctly.
Everyone who tried to use tarsnap around that time should have seen the
same error.

This doesn't sound right, though.  Until today there haven't been any
tarsnap outages since July; if you're seeing problems every couple of
weeks, there's something else going on which I want to know about.

Next time you see this can you send me an email so I can carefully look
over the server logs at the time in question?
