Yup.
I found _those_ only after spending 35 minutes with debhelper creating
my own. Needless to say, I ditched my effort in favour of the debian
control directory already in your source tarball.

Honestly, I don't have much of a clue either. I just know that
Ubuntu's Launchpad makes it fairly easy to set it up. It is probably
better to host a PPA (which IIRC is in the end nothing more than a
statically served directory tree on a webserver). I haven't tried that
before.
As far as I can tell, the packages at least _build_ for Ubuntu Natty
(using the existing debian package metadata). I'll see if there are
any loose ends on the content side of things.
