It turns out that the problem here (at least, the most common problem here)
was that login sessions on the Tarsnap website were timing out before the
bitcoin-processing javascript issued the redirect back to the web interface.
I think I know how to fix this; is anyone here planning on making a payment
using bitcoin in the near future?

Ideally I'd like to have someone make two payments, one to confirm the bug
and a second after I've applied the fix to confirm that it works.
