I would also enjoy having this feature available as my tarsnap account
is bound to be forgotten by the time it's actually relevant to refill
my account.

Having a monthly fill to a set amount X makes the most sense to me.
It'd allow me to set my own buffer and i'd be able to see any change
in the rates, thus i'd be able to detect any problems before they
become too big. I also don't run the risk of getting a large withdraw
from my account if something went really wrong.
