Tarsnap down?

Colin,

Tarsnap is looking up betatest-server.tarsnap.com and then getting a
refused connection when it tries to connect to it (75.101.135.185) on
TCP port 9279.

Is this related to the EC2 outage? This host appears to be up right now,
so is the IP now wrong, or do you need to restart a service?

I understand that if EC2 is down then Tarsnap will be unavailable. The
one night I choose to do some scripting...!
