An OpenBSD port of Shinnok's tarsnap-gui has been posted to the
Project's ports@ mailing list.  It hasn't been published yet, so
is attached here for anyone interested.

Tested on both i386 and amd64 architectures - 32 and 64-bit Intel/AMD,
respectively.
