Do you use Launch Control, or a similar app, to manage launchd jobs?
If not, I suggest installing Launch Control and seeing if it can
bring any clarity to the situation.
(I'm not affiliated in any way.)
It can load / unload jobs, shows at a glance what jobs are loaded,
which are failing, and allows you to redirect error output to a log
file of your choosing.
